Do unused articles roll over?: No. Each month starts again at 15, plus your extra articles. A month runs from the day you pay, not from the first of the month.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from your billing page. The subscription keeps writing until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and doesn’t renew.
Do you give refunds?: No: your first article is free, so you can judge the work before you pay. Payments aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it.
What happens when the topics run out?: We look for next month’s topics the week before it starts. If there aren’t enough worth writing, the calendar shows what we found and we keep looking every week, rather than filling the month with topics that failed the checks.
What counts as an article?: One topic, researched, written and reviewed into a finished article. It counts from the moment writing starts. If the writing fails, or the topic is dropped at the live Google check, it doesn’t count.
Can I add more websites?: Yes. Each website is its own $29 a month with its own 15 articles, all on one bill. A website added part-way through a month is charged for the rest of that month, and gets that share of its articles.
