ThirdDraft

Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Aifnet Ltd. (“we”, “us”) about your use of ThirdDraft. By creating an account or starting a subscription you agree to them. If you use ThirdDraft for a business, you agree to them on that business’s behalf.

Who we are

ThirdDraft is provided by Aifnet Ltd., registration number 205591406, VAT number BG205591406, Bulgaria Blvd 88, Ent. 3 - Offices, Fl. 2, Ap./Office 6, 1680 Sofia, Bulgaria. You can reach us at contact@thirddraft.com.

What the service does

ThirdDraft reads your website to write a brand brief, researches what people search for using third-party search data, and writes articles for your site with AI models. Each article is checked by a second AI model and by automatic checks before it is handed to you.

  • Articles are written by AI and can contain mistakes. What goes live on your website is your responsibility, including what we publish to a site you connect and set to publish.
  • We publish to your website only where you set that up: a WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Framer, HubSpot or Ghost site, or a Notion database, that you connect and set to publish. Otherwise you download articles, or we send them to storage or code you connect, and you decide what goes live.
  • We do not promise any ranking, traffic, sales or other result from the articles.

Your account

You need an account to use ThirdDraft. Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. The owner of a workspace and its admins decide who else can use it. Only the owner can start a subscription for it, change it or cancel it. Only add websites you have the right to work on.

The free article

A new workspace can have one article written free, with no card. After that, a subscription is needed to write more. We may limit the free article to one per person or per website.

The subscription

  • $29 a month for each website, with 15 articles in each billing period.
  • Extra articles are $2 a month each, up to 75 per website.
  • A billing period starts on the day you pay and lasts a month; the subscription renews automatically at the start of each new period until you cancel it.
  • An article counts against a period when we start writing it. Writing that fails does not count, and neither does a topic we drop because the search results leave no room for an article. Articles you do not use in a period do not carry over to the next.
  • Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes. Where we have to charge tax, it is added at checkout.

Changing the subscription

If you add extra articles or a website during a billing period, we charge the difference for the rest of that period straight away and add the matching share of that period's articles, rounded down. If the payment does not go through, nothing changes.

If you take extra articles away, you keep this period's articles; the lower number applies, and is billed, from the next billing period, with no credit for the current one. Removing a website deletes it and everything written for it straight away; from the next billing period you pay for one website fewer, with no credit for the current one. The last website on a subscription cannot be removed while the subscription runs — cancel the subscription instead.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. By starting a subscription you allow us to charge your payment method at the start of every billing period. If a renewal payment fails, it is tried again; while it is unpaid we may pause new articles, and if it still cannot be collected the subscription ends.

Starting straight away, and refunds

Your subscription starts as soon as you pay: you ask us to begin the service immediately, and work on your articles starts then. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer with a legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, you agree that the service starts at once, and you acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw before then, you may have to pay for the part of the service already provided.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. The subscription then stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and does not renew.

Your articles and your content

The articles we write for you are yours, and you can use them however you like. You let us use your website’s content and what you tell us about your business to provide the service, and we keep a copy of your articles so we can show them to you and avoid writing the same topic twice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ThirdDraft to:

  • write content that is illegal, deceptive or harmful, or that infringes anyone else’s rights;
  • work on a website you have no right to represent;
  • open several accounts or workspaces to get more free articles;
  • disrupt, overload or try to get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Other services you connect

You can connect Google Search Console, your own storage or code, and your WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Framer, HubSpot, Ghost or Notion account. Connect only accounts you have the right to connect. By connecting one, you authorise us to use the access you give us to read what we need from it, such as its blogs, collections and authors, to add what sending articles there needs, such as a field for our reference, and to send your articles there as you set it up. Those services are run by others, or by you, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Any fees they charge are between you and them.

When you remove a place you send articles to, we delete straight away the key, token or password you gave us for it, and what we read from it for you to choose from: its authors, and its lists of blogs and collections. The key itself keeps working until you revoke it in that service. We keep a record of which articles were sent where, and the addresses they got, for as long as the website is in ThirdDraft.

Shopify stores

To connect a Shopify store, you make an app in your own Shopify account and install it on your store. You are that app’s developer under Shopify’s API terms, and we are your service provider for it. Shopify is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for ThirdDraft and does not support it. For the information we receive from your store through the app (its name and addresses, its blogs, and the files and articles we put there):

  • we use it only to send your articles to your store, and never for any other purpose;
  • we keep it secure and confidential, protect it at least as well as Shopify’s API terms require, and share it with no one but the providers that run our service, listed on our Privacy page;
  • when you remove the store, we delete the app’s secret and its access token straight away; the record of which articles we sent there, and their addresses, goes when you delete the website or your workspace, or within 30 days of your asking us at contact@thirddraft.com. Uninstalling the app in Shopify does not remove the store here: remove it here too, or ask us;
  • if it is, or may have been, exposed, we tell you and Shopify without delay and within 24 hours of finding out, and we help investigate it and limit the harm.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost rankings, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. A change that materially affects a subscription applies from your next billing period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Bulgaria.
